Instructions - Call for Papers Submission

If you already have an account:

• Log in at this link or
• if you are already logged in - select the My Account tab in the menu above, then select the Edit tab on your account page and proceed to Step 3 below.

If you need to create an account please  follow the directions below.

Step 1 - Create an Account

To create an account - go to this link and provide a username and email.

Step 2  - You will get an email with a link to a page that looks like the following. where you will set your password and an account will be created for you.

Step 3  - After you password is accepted, under the Edit tab, select User Profile. Fill out and submit the information - which is general information about yourself. Upload a picture which will be used on the website and possibly promotional material. You may provide favorite links and contact information. Emails, physical addressess and phone numbers will not be shared on the website, and are for GES Europe administrative purposes

Step 4 Next - Fill out and submit the information under the "Call for Papers - Application". If you have co-submittors - provide their names and email. If you application is accepted, they will also need to create accounts.
